Supplier shortlists, side by side.

Send RFQs, log quotes, track samples round by round, and pick a winner without leaving the product. Built for Amazon brand operators who'd rather see four quotes on one screen than chase four WeChat threads.

What you stop losing

Four leaks every operator pays for in silence.

Each card below is a real screenshot from the tool — not a claim. The proof is in the artifact.

LOST TIME
6 weeksper product launch

Four WeChat threads, three email aliases, one Google Doc — and the question "which one quoted $4.98?"

Workflow

RFQs out. Quotes in. Winner picked.

The same shortlist-and-compare loop every operator runs on WeChat threads and four spreadsheets — except this one keeps the prices, the lead times, the sample rounds, and the attachments next to each supplier.

STEP 01

Add the product + variants

Each product has variants (Walnut / Maple / Oak). Each variant has its own supplier shortlist, target price, and sample rounds — so you can compare apples to apples.

Bread Slicer · Walnut
Target $5.90 · 4 suppliers
Bread Slicer · Maple
Target $5.90 · 2 suppliers
Pizza Wheel · Classic
Target $4.20 · no RFQ yet

STEP 02

Send RFQs, log quotes side by side

One row per supplier. Price, sample price, vs target, weight, material, lead time, attachments. New quote? Edit one cell. The shortlist re-ranks itself — Best Price moves to the top.

STEP 03

Pick the winner — promote to product

One radio click marks the winner. The FOB, MOQ, lead time, and attachments push to the connected product's Costs tab. Cash & Stock Plan re-reads margin on the next save.

The morning view — every supplier conversation, in one place.

A single dashboard that tells you what's overdue, what has no RFQ, which variants are still comparing, and which winner you've already promoted to a product. No tab-switching.

  • Active products / RFQs sent / Samples in flight / Overdue / No RFQ — five-stat header.
  • Pipeline segmented bar with 6 real stages: Drafted, RFQ sent, Quoted, Sample ordered, Sample received, Approved.
  • Supplier coverage, winner-picked %, and sample approval rate — the metrics that matter.

Tab · Supplier shortlist

Four quotes on one screen, not four WeChat threads.

Open a variant. See every supplier as a row — price, sample price, vs target, lead time, material, attachments, and notes. Pick the winner with one click; the row gets a green ring and a left-edge accent so it's visible at a glance.

  • BEST / HIGH price flags auto-applied as quotes come in.
  • vs-target % column flips green/red so margin pressure is obvious.
  • Per-supplier email / WhatsApp / link icons — no copy-pasting contact info.
Tab · Samples

Every sample, every round, every overdue alert.

Samples shipped, samples received, samples approved or rejected — with overdue flags when a shipment goes more than your buffer past ETA. Click any sample to see attachments, prior rounds, and the verdict.

  • Round counter per variant — Round 3 winner gets a clear visual lineage from Round 1.
  • Overdue badge fires automatically when a sample crosses the threshold (12 days in this case).
  • Cost per sample logged — total sample-cost spend visible in the dashboard.

Round-by-round, with the receipts.

Open a sample. Sibling rounds at the top — what shipped before, what got rejected, what got approved. Pricing, timeline, attachments, and notes all in one autosaved sheet.

  • Sibling rounds tile so you see the iteration lineage (Round 1 → 2 → 3 winner).
  • Inline attachments — inspection PDFs, photos, video — anchored to the round.
  • Autosave indicator so nothing is ever lost mid-edit.
Tab · Activity

Who did what, when — across every supplier conversation.

Every winner pick, every overdue flag, every uploaded photo — logged with who, when, and why. The team's memory in one scrollable feed.

  • System events (overdue, auto-flagged BEST) sit alongside human edits (winner picked, RFQ sent).
  • Grouped by recency — newest first, two columns to keep the scroll short.
  • Click "View all" to filter by actor, supplier, or variant.

BEFORE vs AFTER

From four WeChat threads to one screen.

What changes on the first morning of using Sourcing — the friction you didn't realize you'd accepted as normal.

BEFORE

The way most operators do it today

  • Four open WeChat threads, three email aliases, one shared Google Doc — and the question "which one quoted $4.98?"

  • Sample shipped 18 days ago. You think you remember. You don't. Nobody chases it until the launch slips.

  • Picking the winner is a vibe call — "I think Shenzhen QC #2 was cheapest, right?" No record, no defense if the price changes.

  • Winner picked. Now retype the FOB, MOQ, and lead time into Cash & Stock. Then into the product sheet. Then into Tasks. Hope you typed it right three times.

AFTER · WITH MONIRUM

What your Monday morning looks like instead

  • Four quotes, side by side. BEST flag on $4.98. HIGH flag on $6.20. The cheapest sortable column tells you in one glance.

  • Day 12, the sample is still in transit. A red row in your dashboard with "+12d overdue" — you message the freight forwarder before the launch slips.

  • Three sample rounds logged with verdict and blade-play measurement. When the boss asks "why Shenzhen?" — open the sample sheet. The case writes itself.

  • Click "Promote winner." FOB, MOQ, lead time flow into the connected product and Cash & Stock plan automatically. One source of truth, zero retyping.

PLUGS INTO YOUR WORKFLOW

Sourcing isn't a tool. It's a step in your operating system.

Every quote, sample, and winner pick flows back into the products you're building, the cash plan you're defending, and the tasks the team is closing.

Products

Winner promoted → product Costs tab

Pick the supplier — FOB price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and every attached file flow into the connected product. The product page becomes the source of truth.

Shenzhen QC #2Bread Slicer · Costs
Cash & Stock Plan

COGS auto-updates → margin re-reads

New FOB price = new COGS in Cash & Stock. The Realistic scenario re-calculates Year-1 net profit and break-even month the moment you save — no spreadsheet sync needed.

COGS $5.42Margin 34.2% · break-even M11
Tasks

Sample arrived → task surfaces

Each stage transition triggers the right follow-up — inspect the sample, sign the PO, confirm pallet count with 3PL. Tasks appear on the team board with the SKU attached.

Questions

What operators ask before they wire up their first RFQ.

Don't see your question? Reach out — every message gets read.

Talk to a human
Does this integrate with the rest of Monirum?

Yes. Winner picks promote to the connected Product (FOB, MOQ, lead time, attachments all flow over). The Costs tab on the product re-reads from the linked supplier snapshot, and Cash & Stock Plan picks up the new COGS on the next save.

How are overdue samples flagged?

When a sample crosses your buffer past its ETA, the system flags it as overdue. The dashboard surfaces the oldest one and the count, and the row gets a red left-edge accent on the Samples list.

Can I compare across multiple variants of the same product?

Yes — each variant has its own supplier shortlist with its own target price. Multi-variant comparison views are on the roadmap; for now, switch between variants from the product page.

What channels does the contact tracking support?

Email, WhatsApp, and a generic "supplier link" (Alibaba, 1688, supplier portal, etc.). Each row shows the icons inline so you can see at a glance which suppliers you can reach where.

Is there autosave on the sample sheet?

Yes — every field on the sample-detail sheet autosaves, with a "Autosaved 2s ago" indicator so you know nothing is lost mid-edit. Network drops queue and retry.
