Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") cover your use of Monirum — the workspace at monirum.com and every Monirum product, surface or app that links to this document. By creating an account, signing in, or using Monirum, you agree to these Terms.

Monirum is currently in early access. Some features are still being built and we may change, pause, or replace parts of the service from time to time.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.
• If you're using Monirum for a business or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business or team to these Terms.
• You aren't on a sanctions list or in a country where we aren't allowed to offer the service.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us when you sign up — including your name, email, and any account you connect through Google or Microsoft sign-in.
• You're responsible for keeping your password and sign-in details secret. If you think someone has used your account without permission, tell us via the Help Center.
• One person, one account. Sharing a single account across multiple humans is not allowed — invite each teammate to their own seat instead.

You keep ownership of your content. The tasks, KPIs, time logs, inbox conversations, files and any other content you create or upload to Monirum stay yours.

To run the service for you, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, display, and process your content — only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Monirum for you and the teammates you share a workspace with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups and audit records that roll off naturally (see the Privacy Policy).

Workspace admins have control.The Owner and Co-Admins of a workspace can see, edit, and remove content inside their workspace, change roles, and remove members. If you join someone else's workspace, you accept that they have those powers over the content you create inside it.

When you use Monirum, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
• Upload content that you don't have the right to share — including copyrighted work, trade secrets, or personal data you weren't given permission to use.
• Send abusive, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content through inbox messages, tasks, or any other surface.
• Use Monirum to send spam, run a phishing campaign, or distribute malware.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or try to extract Monirum's source code, algorithms, or AI prompts, except to the extent the law specifically allows.
• Use Monirum to build or train a competing product, or to benchmark it for a competing product, without our written permission.
• Overload the service — automated traffic, denial-of-service, or unreasonable query volumes that affect other users.
• Use Monirum in a way that violates Amazon's terms when you're fetching public product data through us. You're responsible for your own Amazon seller account and how you use the information we surface.
• Try to access another workspace's data without permission, or interfere with security boundaries (RLS, authentication, rate limits).

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access. For serious violations we may do so without notice.

Monirum is currently free to use during early access. When we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price, the billing cycle, and the renewal terms beforeyou're charged. You won't be charged for anything you haven't agreed to.

Once paid plans exist, the rules for refunds, taxes, and renewals will be added to this section or to a separate Billing Policy linked from it. Continued use after that change will mean you accept those billing terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have. By using Monirum, you accept how we handle data as described there.

If you use Monirum to process personal data on behalf of your organisation (for example, you're a business managing your team or customers inside an Monirum workspace), the Data Processing Agreement also applies and forms part of these Terms. For matters of data protection between business customers and Monirum, the DPA takes precedence where it conflicts with these Terms.

Monirum, the Monirum name and logo, the look and feel of the product, our written copy, our designs, and our code are owned by us. These Terms don't give you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our written permission.

Feedback you send us — feature requests, bug reports, suggestions — is welcome, and you agree we may use it freely without obligation to you. We won't use your name in connection with feedback without your permission.

Monirum relies on third-party services to run — including Supabase for hosting your data, Anthropic for AI features, and providers that fetch public Amazon product data on your behalf. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the parts of the service they handle.

If you connect your Google or Microsoft account to sign in, you're also subject to that provider's terms when you use their sign-in.

We work hard to keep Monirum up and fast, but we can't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or run without interruption. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or things outside our control may affect access.

We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove a feature you depend on, we'll try to give you reasonable notice or a way to export the relevant data.

You can leave any time. Open Account → Delete account in the app and follow the instructions there. Self-serve deletion is being wired up; today, the section tells you to send us a message via the Help Center and we'll close the account on your behalf. Closing your account removes your profile, signs you out of every device, and drops you from any workspace you're part of. Anything you contributed to a workspace owned by someone else stays with that workspace. Personal data tied to your account is then removed according to the Privacy Policy.

We can end access too.We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first.

The parts of these Terms that should naturally outlive the agreement — including ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law — keep applying after your account ends.

Monirum is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will meet your specific needs.

Monirum surfaces information about Amazon products, market signals, KPIs, and AI summaries. We do our best to keep these accurate, but they can be wrong, stale, or incomplete. Decisions you make about your business — what to source, what to price, what to invest in — are yours. Monirum is a tool, not a substitute for your own judgement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither we nor anyone we work with will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or goodwill — arising out of your use of Monirum, even if we've been warned the damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim related to Monirum is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that comes from (a) your use of Monirum, (b) your content, or (c) your breach of these Terms or any law.

We may update these Terms as Monirum evolves or the law changes. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll also email account owners and post an in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where Monirum is eventually established. While we're in early access and before incorporation is finalised, any dispute will be resolved in good faith between you and the Monirum team. Once a registered entity exists, we'll update this section with the specific governing law and dispute-resolution venue, and let users know.

Nothing in these Terms removes the rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country.
