TASKS

Tasks the team actually picks up.

A team task board built for operators. Every task carries its priority, owner, due date, and source — so picking the next thing up takes less than a glance.

Why a task board matters01 · The pile

The default project tool is your team chat — and that's why nothing ships.

01

"Did anyone reply to that supplier?"

Chat is for chat. The next action gets one ping — then buried under 200 unrelated messages.

02

"I'll get to it after the call."

Without a due date and an owner, every task slides another day. The launch slips quietly.

03

"Wait — wasn't that Sara's?"

No source link, no audit trail. Half the team thinks it's done. The other half hasn't started.

ANATOMY OF A TASK

Every task carries its context.

Priority, owner, due, source, subtasks, recurrence — all on one card. No clicking through to figure out what it is or where it came from.

FIVE WAYS TASKS ARE BORN

Where tasks come from — without anyone typing one.

More than half the tasks on a healthy board never get manually created. They come from the work itself.

AUTOMATION

Set the rule once. Tasks build themselves.

Each rule fires on a trigger and runs an action. Mix triggers from the pipeline, the inbox, recurring schedules, or task state changes.

Talk to a human

Yes — CSV import works out of the box (title, assignee, due, labels, status). Linear and Asana ship a native importer that preserves comments and subtasks. Notion still requires CSV today.
